Delete your Quatix account
This page explains how to permanently remove your account and all associated data from Quatix Trading.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted, your profile, trades, deposits, withdrawals, KYC records and balances are permanently erased. This action cannot be reversed and the account cannot be restored.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your Quatix account and open the Profile page from the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the bottom and find the Danger Zone section.
- Tap the red Delete Account button.
- Confirm the warning that deletion is permanent.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code we send to your registered email address.
- After verification, your account and all data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Email verification is required
For your security, we send a 6-digit one-time code to the email on file before deleting your account. The account is only removed after the code is entered correctly. You can request a new code after 30 seconds if needed.
